Secure Delivery Service
For secure deliveries, using a dedicated courier is already a very safe way of transporting the most valuable loads but for high value or theft-attractive consignments we can security-seal our vehicles for extra peace of mind. How does this work? Once loaded, the sender applies tamper-evident seals to all access points and records their unique serial numbers onto a seal log which is then signed by both consignor and courier. Upon delivery an authorised person checks the seal(s) and signs to confirm that it has not been broken in transit. All parties are then assured that the consignment has arrived complete. If additional security is required, we can supply a second man to assist our courier, ensuring that your vital goods are under surveillance at all times.
All our couriers undergo a criminal record (DBS) check when they join ACE and every three years thereafter. We are trusted by clients to do dozens of secure deliveries every day. Your goods will be safe in our vans!
Confidential Delivery
If your consignment is confidential and cannot be trusted to anyone other than a named person we will ensure that it is handed directly to them. The goods or document will remain in the custody of the courier that collected it until delivery has been made. In the event that the named person is unavailable we will always seek your advice before leaving the item.
